This programme is aimed at women who are demonstrating management and leadership potential through achieving high performance standards in the workplace.

STARTING IN AUGUST


Course Overview

The purpose of the programme is to accelerate the management and leadership capabilities of young women to be able to manage self, others and contribute to organisational performance. Delegates are expected to go through instructor led training , mentoring and coaching, rigorous practical workplace based assessments and case studies. At the end delegates will have a plan of action and tools such as personal development planning tools to allow them to excel in the workplace.

Our programme has been designed based on adult learning principles to accelerate individual learning;

  • Pre-assessment - Leadership assessments
  • Coaching and mentorship
  • Individual and group assignments
  • Practical projects - Business improvement, Action learning and Integrated projects
  • Programme assessments - Formative and Summative Assessments
  • Personal Project - TED talk, community
  • Post Programme - Impact Assessment



 6-month Block release Programme.

  • First 3 months - Instructor led sessions and coaching, guest speakers
  • Last 3 months - guest speakers, Coaching, Action Learning Projects & Graduation
  • After 4 months - Assessments, Moderation and verification 
  • First 2 month- once a week (full day), 8 hour Self-managed learning per week
  • Last 2 months - 2 X 1 hr group coaching sessions per week
